Terms & Conditions

Momentum Tours & Travel, Inc. (Florida License #ST35769), is the designated Tour Operator for all tours, unless otherwise specified.

Prices
All listed prices are per person and based upon double occupancy. Single supplements will apply for travelers choosing single rooms. The rates listed are based on today’s exchange rates. If currency fluctuations exceed 3% and/or fuel surcharges are applied, we reserve the right to adjust all rates without prior notice.

Land only packages
All tours are sold as land-only packages. However, we are pleased to assist with booking flights. We are under no circumstances responsible for flight delays or cancellations.
Airport arrival and departure transfers are provided at no extra cost on the scheduled start and end day of a tour. Transfers on other days can be provided for a fee.

Reservations
To make a reservation, please complete the registration form provided. The form must be readable. Passport information is required before departure of the tour. We will request it later if you do not know your passport number when booking. A $500 deposit per person is required. The deposit can be paid with a check, bank transfer, or credit card. The registration form and deposit must be forwarded to Momentum Tours & Travel. Confirmations are only given upon receipt of the registration form and deposit.

Final Payments
A pro forma invoice specifying the full payment amount will be issued upon receipt of the registration form and deposit. Final payment is due 90 days before departure, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the final payment is not received on time and impose the published cancellation fees. A 3.8% fee will be added to the total for payments made with a credit card.

Cancellations and Refunds
Should you need to cancel your tour, we will refund your payment less the following cancellation fees:
Up to 121 days before the departure: $250
120 to 91 days before the departure: $500
90 to 61 days before the departure: 50% of the cost of the tour
60 days or less before the departure: Full payment
Some tours may require different rules for payments and refunds. Always check the terms for the specific tour.
Please note that other suppliers, such as airlines, might impose additional cancellation fees. Some tours may require different rules for payments and refunds.

Minimum number of participants
The minimum number for each departure varies from tour to tour. Please check the minimum number required for each tour. The tour can be canceled if the required number has not been reached. Should this occur, we will refund your deposit and payment in full.

Changes & special arrangements
If requested, we can arrange pre-and post-tour transfers, hotels, and other activities.  Please get in touch with us if you plan to arrive early or stay longer.
If you would like a tour reserved exclusively for you and your party, we can accommodate your request, provided no other bookings have been made before your request. To make one of our published tours private, please note the following:
A private tour can be confirmed at either the published cost or an additional fee, pending the tour. If you would like to customize your tour, we offer the best rate possible based on your program.
Momentum Tours reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary if unforeseen events, weather, war, or other unexpected reasons require a change. All expenses incurred due to a forced change are the responsibility of the travelers.

Travel Protection Plans
We strongly recommend that each traveler purchase a Travel Protection Plan (also known as Travel Insurance). Information about travel protection will be forwarded upon request and included in the confirmation information after registration for a tour. Most travel insurance covers pre-existing conditions only if the insurance is purchased within 14 days of the tour registration/deposit.

Passports & visas
Each participant must possess a valid U.S. or Canadian passport, which must be valid for at least six months after the tour’s completion. If a visa is required, it is each traveler’s responsibility to obtain the visa. Necessary documents and instructions on where to apply will be provided. Momentum Tours cannot be held responsible for any missing visas. Europe is expected to introduce an entry registration (ETIAS) in 2026.  It is an online registration that takes minutes to complete. The cost is expected to be around $20. We will update this information once the registration goes into effect.

Disclaimer
Momentum Tours & Travel, Inc. (hereafter referred to as the “Tour Operator”) and its representatives act solely as independent contractors for various suppliers of services in connection with its tours. These services may include accommodation, transportation, meals, and other related arrangements. The Tour Operator does not assume any liability for injury, inconvenience, expense, damage or loss of property, death, cancellation, change in itinerary, accident, irregularity, or delay resulting from the negligence, default, or actions of any hotel, carrier, motor coach company, restaurant, company, or individual providing such services, or from acts of God. The Tour Operator shall not be held responsible for delays or damages caused by illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government actions or restrictions, war, terrorism, weather, or any other circumstances beyond its control. Additional expenses, omissions, rerouting, or delays arising from such circumstances are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Passenger contracts issued by airlines, railways, or other carriers are the sole agreements between those companies and the traveler. All baggage remains at the traveler’s risk throughout the tour, and the Tour Operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to luggage. The Tour Operator reserves the right to withdraw any part of a tour or make changes as deemed necessary for the safety, comfort, or convenience of the participants. Should substitutions be required, accommodation of equal quality will be provided whenever possible. The Tour Operator assumes no financial liability for resulting losses, expenses, or inconvenience. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of transportation, tours, rooms, or meals. A full refund of tour costs will be provided only if the Tour Operator cancels a tour before the published departure date. Unless otherwise noted, all prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Prices are based on exchange rates and tariffs in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. The Tour Operator is not responsible for typographical or inadvertent errors.
