Prices
All listed prices are per person, based upon double occupancy. Those wishing to have a single room will be charged a single supplement.

Reservation
To make a reservation, please fill out the Reservation Form and include a deposit of $100 per person. Payment should be made to: Momentum Tours & Travel, Inc. and sent to 1835 NE Miami Gardens Dr. #150, Miami, FL 33179.

Final Payment
Once a deposit is received we will send you a confirmation. An invoice specifying the full payment will be included. Full amount  is due 60 days prior to the departure of your selected tour. If final payment is not received, Momentum Tours & Travel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

Cancellation and Refund
Should you need to cancel your tour, we will refund you the payment according to the following schedule:

Number of days prior to the departure 90 to 61 days prior to departure 60 to 46 days prior to departure 45 to 31 days prior to departure 30 to 08 days prior to departure 7 days or less prior to departure

No cancellation fee will be impose f the reservation is cancelled 91 days prior to the departure. The required deposit is fuly refunded.

Minimum number of participants
A minimum of 15 participants is required for each departure. Momentum Tours & Travel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any tour without notice if the minimum number of participants has not been reached. When Momentum Tours & Travel, Inc. cancels you will be refunded in full and no administrative fee will be charged to you.

Changes
If you need to make changes for your travel plans, we need to know as soon as possible. A service fee of $75 per person will be charged for any change made 60 days or less prior to the departure.

Travel Protection Plan
We will include information about a Travel Protection Plan with your confirmation. A Travel Protection Plan is strongly recommended.

Passport and Visa
Each participant must possess a valid U.S. passport. Most foreign countries demand that the passport be valid for at least 6 months after the tour has been completed. Each participant is responsible for any required visa; however, Momentum Tours & Travel, Inc. will assist with information regarding necessary visas and provide the required documents.

Disclaimer
Momentum Tours & Travel, Inc. (hereinafter “Tour Operator”) and/or its representatives shall act only as independent contractors for various and independent suppliers of services in connection with its tours in making arrangements for accommodation, transport, meals, or any other service, and does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, inconvenience, expense, damage or loss of property, death, cancellation, change in itinerary, accident, irregularity or delay due to an act of negligence of, or default of, any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by an act of God. Further, the Tour Operator is not responsible for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or any other causes. No responsibility shall be incurred for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or other acts of any government or other authority. The airline, steamship and railroad companies concerned are not responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passenger contract issued by the airlines, steamship and railroad companies, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between such companies, and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers. All baggage is at the owner's risk throughout the tours, and the Tour Operator is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to baggage. The right is reserved to withdraw any tour listed herein, and/or to make such changes in the tour as may be found desirable for the convenience, comfort and/or welfare of the parties and the proper carrying out of the tour, without any penalty to the Tour Operator. Additional expenses, if any, will be borne by the passenger. In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to revise the routing of the itinerary. If due to such circumstances a change becomes necessary in the sole opinion of the Tour Operator, hotels substituted shall be of the same quality as those listed in the itinerary. The Tour Operator assumes no financial liability for any resulting losses, expenses, or inconvenience. No refunds will be made for portions of transport, tours, rooms, or meals, and no credit can be allowed for unused accommodation. The full tour cost will be refunded, however, if the entire tour is cancelled by the Tour Operator prior to the published departure date. Unless otherwise noted, all prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a cabin or hotel room. Prices are based on rates in effect (including foreign exchange rates) at the time of printing and are thus subject to increase or decrease without notice. The Tour Operator is not responsible for any typographical errors and/or other inadvertent written errors.
